Let your voice be heard

I am totally with you on this!
If anyone today thinks that the concept of "customer service", "Relationship management" was more business through better service/ client relationship, you are sadly mistaken! In todays time & age of extreme consumerism, these lofty concepts are all aimed, right in the very begining.... at more business & more business and not more business through good service / relationship.

But sadly, we are all so gullible that we end up buying services from such companies, time & again & again! But then what is the alternative? Switch to another company/ vendor and you discover sooner than later, the truth in the old saying in Hindi - "Jo ghar nahi dekha woh duur se achha lagta hai" ( The house that you have not visited/ seen from inside, seems very attarctive from far"

And I think the time has come that we stop taking bullshit from any organization, no matter what size! Unless we tell "THEM" that they cannot prosper with such an indifferent attitude towards the so called commoners and make them realize that we are the ones to give them the numbers! Ignoring us means ignoring their business & it's growth, things will remain the same! And we all want things to get better don't we? So let us all joing in and voice our concerns - and not shy away from going to the courts/ consumer courts, if required. Remember, today it is me, tomorrow it will be you!
